We also provide our clients with full range audio technology and interpreting systems, if required.

In August 2022 a quote was requested for the translation of Romanian Land Registry documents to Hungarian by a law office, namely Janka és Társai Ügyvédi Iroda. The documents were sent to us in PDF format, so the first step for our team was to prepare the documents for translation, using OCR software. Then, our chosen translator for the project translated the documents in our MemoQ translation tool, and after some post-editing work we forwarded the finished documents to our client, preserving the original layout of the texts.

In June, 2022, Eni Austria Gmbh tasked us with the translation and proofreading of a document they referred to as a ’Management System Guideline’, from Italian to English. The Guideline discussed topics of user identification, authentication and access. The main challenge lay in the fact that we received the document, consisting of 10,200 words, in PDF format, meaning that we needed to prepare it for translation first, using OCR software, and then we had to integrate it as well as our translator and proofreader into our memoQ translation environment. It also added to the challenge that the Austrian management needed the translation by a date earlier than the quoted deadline.

In 2022 we were approached by a representative of one of Europe's leading rail freight companies, Rail Cargo Hungaria Zrt., to translate short marketing texts (around 200-300 words) on a weekly basis. Since they are new clients, at the launch of our cooperation we signed a detailed and customized framework contract, created a dedicated terminology and produced a style guide for the translators involved. We complete 30-40 large and small translation tasks annually, the success of which has been confirmed by extremely positive customer satisfaction feedback as well.
