Our interpreters arrive well prepared every time on the venue. We supply them with the event programme, and the presentations and glossaries relevant to the specific assignment. Generally used for large conferences or meetings where two or more languages are required and translation is needed close to real time. Interpreters sit in a booth, listen to the speaker through a headset, and translate into a microphone, which is wirelessly transmitted to headsets worn by the audience members. Translation is done at arround 150 words/minute pace and interpreters usually do 20-30 minute shifts. In case of chuchotage interpreter whispers translation only in the ear of one listener simoultaneously to the speaker.

On September 19, 2024, we received an order from one of our key customers for a 24,000-word German technical translation project. The documents had to be post-edited and proofread in Romanian, Ukrainian, Czech, Danish, Russian, Hungarian and Finnish languages using the Across translation management software. The task, consisting of 54 files per language, had to be completed within 10 working days, which required extremely precise and immediate translation coordination.

In April 2024, we completed the translation of a 28,000-word automotive e-learning material into Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian, delivered in XLIFF format. The success of the project was ensured by our expertise in automotive terminology, precise handling of marketing language, and in-depth knowledge of e-learning material structures. Thanks to the seamless collaboration between our translators and technical experts, the material was not only linguistically flawless but also technically ready for immediate integration into the client’s system, demonstrating our exceptional capabilities in managing complex projects.

We have a long history of providing SAP translations for our international clients. An old customer – with whom we have been cooperating for more than 10 years – approached us this year with a German-Turkish translation project, which is a relatively uncommon language pair. A long discussion with our Turkish translator partners began, and after a month the project was successfully launched. Over the course of almost two months, we translated nearly 40,000 lines, and our client was very satisfied with the result.

We regularly carry out around 80-100 hours of testing per year for one of our key customers, SAP. Similarly to previous years, in 2024 for several projects we were asked to provide linguistic verification of user interface texts translated by our company, but we had some functional testing tasks as well.
