November 18, 2025 – E-paper Translation DE–UK

On November 18, 2025, our key partner entrusted our team with the post‑editing, proofreading, and print preparation of a 13,000‑word German technical and marketing publication into Ukrainian. The project was carried out in Across, after which we prepared the content for print in InDesign. Despite the tight deadline and international collaboration, we completed the task on time and to a high standard.

SAP Localization Project for the German Company Transline

In 2025, Transline Software Localization GmbH, an SAP partner, commissioned our company to localize approximately 30,000 short lines and an additional 20,000 words from German into Slovak for an industrial solutions group. After selecting translators experienced in SAP localization, our project managers provided continuous professional support throughout the process. Thanks to a well-structured workflow and ongoing quality assurance, the project was completed successfully and delivered on time.

Managing Shifting Priorities in a 71,000-Word Automotive Project

For an automotive client, we translated roughly 71,000 words from English into Czech and Slovak across two phases under tight deadline. We kicked off the first ~39,000-word batch, then—at the client’s request—moved the second ~32,000-word batch to the front of the queue. Along the way, further prioritization requests arrived for individual files, first from the initial batch and then from the second. The key was three controlled reshuffles of the delivery order, supported by file-level tasking and status tracking with daily syncs. The translation team switched priorities with a high degree of flexibility while maintaining quality throughout. Result: the entire project was delivered on time and the client was satisfied.

Technical Translation in 7 Languages

On September 19, 2024, we received an order from one of our key customers for a 24,000-word German technical translation project. The documents had to be post-edited and proofread in Romanian, Ukrainian, Czech, Danish, Russian, Hungarian and Finnish languages using the Across translation management software. The task, consisting of 54 files per language, had to be completed within 10 working days, which required extremely precise and immediate translation coordination.
